PayPal refused payment

I've just received this message from a company trying to make a payment to me. "Unfortunately, we were unable to process your request as PayPal declined to credit funds to your account. We request you to contact PayPal directly to resolve this matter. You can always request for another withdrawal once PayPal has confirmed that all issues have been resolved." Has anyone any idea what I can do? Thanks
