I received a broken item and was offered a refund, but was requested to send the broken item back to China. I did not buy this item from China. I could not get PayPal's website to ever reply to me. Instead, I was ultimately denied, since they said I did not give requested documentation. What a bad joke that is! The mailing address I was given to return the item was written in CHINESE!!!! I tried and tried to get ahold of a PayPal rep....I called twice and infact was offered a full refund on the spot if I gave them my banking info. I was not comfortable doing that.
