PayPal prompting me to add a phone number EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAVE ONE.

I can't access my balance. I've been trying for multiple days now. For the past 4 days, I've called support. Each day, they tell me I need to keep waiting for the "system" to clear or something like that. Even though my account was put under review and I did all the verification, ID and card statement, I STILL can't send money. I can't withdraw, I can't do ANYTHING. IT ALWAYS GIVES ME AN ERROR. AND WHEN I TRY TO SEND MONEY, IT TELLS ME TO ADD A PHONE!!! PayPal is SERIOUSLY getting on my nerves dude! It's been 4 days!

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
