This was 5 months ago and I have over 15000.00 in three from UI payments. I thought I could use my cash card/PayPal as a bank but the closed it. Anyway I received a letter saying they’ll somehow give me access to it at the end of Feb. will they do this? This has been very upsetting to say the least. I don’t know what to do. Thank you.
