Hi there
Since some few days I'm having problem to pay with my PayPal account.I keep receiving a message : " your account is limited ..." Is it a configuration on my account limiting me to do payment? Please I need your help.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
