PayPal not friendly with women surname

I just requested a name change from using my husband's surname to using my maiden name, I have a strong reason to use my maiden name as some of my documents and apps are still using it. Apparently PayPal limits my account despite sending the document they need and I am at my wit's end here I don't have any money as my money is stuck in there. I have already contacted them to almost all the platforms Email FB Twitter, I can't call them as I live in another country

You have to keep contacting them. The forums are user to user help, there's no magical method we can advise to contact them.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
