PayPal not covering fraudulent activity of $5k

I opened my PayPal to find that I have a $4,916 negative balance in my paypal account. There were around 40 transactions both positive and negative for the same amount of $386 that somehow ended up giving my account this balance. I have sold small items on Depop for a couple months to help me out during the Quarantine but never have I sold anything over $40. Some of the transactions make it look like I've made transfers to a Chime credit card that I DON"T have nor did I ever open or have ever seen. the other transactions came from <removed>, whose address shows a vacant lot in Long Beach. It's clear that I've been scammed and PayPal is not covering the fraud that has taken place on my account. I've changed all my passwords, requested new cards from the bank and I'm trying to appeal the decision. Paypal has given no options to talk to human being. How can I get PayPal to do the right thing here? I'm worried they will come after me for money that I don't owe and don't have. I've tried shutting down this mysterious CHime account but PayPal won't let me.
