Has anyone else had PayPal limit their account 3 days before the $600⁰⁰ stimulus was to be electronically sent to their PAYPAL account? we has a minuscule $16.13 balance and they fukked up our stimulus... this company is out of control and must be held accountable for the blatant lack of humanity that is in the air now whenever I have a account specialist live on the phone!
