I'm sorry to hear about the restriction, that can definitely be frustrating. For clarification, your account being verified by a bank is not the same as verification for a limitation. It sounds like you verified your account, but that the limitation on file is requesting additional information for verification. If this is the case, you'll need to verify whatever is being requested in order to resolve the restriction. I hope this helps!
