So my account is limited due to me having to send in i.d the problem Is I only have 1 document that has the last name I use on here and it's over a year old so they won't accept it, i was using my mother's maiden name as my name for a bit 8 years ago when I opened my PayPal so I used that instead of the one that's on my I.d's ..... PayPal won't accept the letter I've sent that has that name on as I've said as it was sent april 2019 and all my other i.d is in my dad's last name as that's what's on my birth certificate. I have over £1000 stuck in my PayPal and can't speak to anyone from PayPal, I've messaged 3 days ago and still no reply! This is my only money as I'm not working due to covid and need it sorting ASAP, anyone help??
