Hi everyone would be great if someone could give me some advice. I have just made a PayPal personal account and tried to send a friend £2k. Immediately my account was limited and I was told to provide proof of purchase from supplier and customer. However , I am not running a business or selling/buying anything. I would just like to send someone money. What can I do
