I ran into this issue nearly a year ago (they refused to reverse the charge then) but I just incurred two charges to my debit card that were supposed to go on my preferred card, my Visa. This is unacceptable and I would like my money returned to me.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
