PayPal itself is a runaround scam

Stop giving me the runaround. Your system is circular. I am trying to respond to your latest message in resolution centre. The link goes nowhere. Is your resolution system a scam? PP-D-63082315 This is a scam. The shipping tracking number they gave is the third one that has been given. It is fake. It does not exist. Refund my money now. How many times do I have to message & email PayPal? I am now here because you PayPal are not resolving and simply hoping I go away.

Sorry Yes right now during this pandemic and no one to monitor phones, I believe companies know their system is broken and are taking advantage of it...if your fighting a claim, good luck..I was denied a claim for same thing with all the proof to the scam they needed and they denied it anyway...yes their a runabout scam right now!! Going to drop their services after they resolve 2 other scams but they keep extending the resolution date...waited now 3 months for resolution to items not received!!! FRUSTRATING 😡😡
