Can anyone tell me the fastest way to get my money from PayPal the quickest way. So they don't Rob me like they did my friend. She told me when they put a hold on her money she wasn't able to get it back for 6 months. I have made the worst mistake ever thinking of opening a PayPal account. My friend is a reporter and I'm going to have her run a special on the fraud company PayPal that uses people money for investment purposes. This is the reason they keep your money long enough to invest it. They are theives. Give me my money and let me close this worthless account. I get paid and cannot touch my money. I have uploaded my id and all the other ridiculous steps u have to follow. Give me my money or I'll just run the special. My friend is a reporter for cnn world news. I know at least five people that will tell they story of how PayPal robbed them. Should be interesting **bleep** cooperate thugs. Stealing money from hard working Americans.

If an account is permanently 'limited' then Paypal can legally hold funds for 180 days as that is the time that 'buyer' have to open a Paypal dispute and if they do then Paypal need to have access to those funds to refund the buyers.

If your account is only temporarily limited then upload i.d. and 'if' they unlimit it then you can close the account by clicking on the cog icon next to log out and the close account option is on the left side of that page.

Most folks don't need to confirm i.d. so there must be a reason they are asking you for that info. Normally you only a Paypal account  / confirm email addy / confirm bank account / confirm card and you are off and running.

They are the worst !!!!! Totally agree. Even when you have proof they are wrong they still err on the side of the business or company. PayPal should be closed

Absolutely the WORST company!! I don’t know why they even have a customer service hotline it’s absolutely pointless. They’re holding my money for security purposes after I’ve verified via text, email, and over the phone security questions. Their last “manager” put me on hold for 19 minutes and disconnected the line.
