I am telling PayPal must cover me witin 180 days.
PayPal is telling they have Policy which name is: "within reasonable time".
Are they faking this in order to avoid refund me ?
I have raport from Police. They keep telling jokes with weird excuses.

Paypals buyer dispute is not an insurance policy and also is not a 100% coverall.
Whilst you can normally raise a dispute up to 180 days, whether you get a refund would be dependent on the amount of time you have owned the item and the expectation of something going wrong in that time with normal use.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I purchased Prepaid DNA kit as gift. One Time Use Only to test in Laboratory.
The sample has been sent to ANCESTRY.COM laboratory
They confirmed I was scammed, because seller sent me deactivated kit.
In this case time is not essential thing.
But PayPal is still playing dumb and they are trying to find how to avoid to refund me.
I told them I consider to sell such deactivated Kits also. As PayPal do not cover these and they allow to sell and to scam people.

One time use prepaid DNA kit sold on eBay is not covered by PayPal.
Therefore PayPal count time, using ''reasonable time policy''.
What is the point to count time if they do not cover such products anyway ?
You can count time as much as you wish, but you get nothing from them in the case of scam.
