My friend sent me money on PayPal but it was held for security reason for almost two weeks. now I got this message:
"I am sorry for this situation, but this transaction is being checked through our system for security reasons. The reason why your money is also on hold is this you did not make transactions via PayPal for a long time and that's why our system has suspended them. The estimated time for releasing your money is set for July 18. I am very sorry about this situation, but we create a very safe payment environment. Feel free to reply whenever you're ready and we'll reply as soon as we can."
ARE THEY KIDDING? JULY 18???? IT IS OCTOBER NOW. WHAT IS GOING OOOOOON??????
