My account is limited, I try uploading my ID, errr, can't I get an error message. Try contacting them, auto response, then err, another error can't reply. I call them and they refer me back to resolve this garbage on the website.. But there's no way!
I even tried getting in touch with the limitation department the email AUP@ but get ignored.
Can anyone plz help me? I have orders coming in and can't use my funds to ship.
Same thing happens to my Paypal account. The only difference is that I have completed each step in order to resolve the account limitation and it still shows as limited! When I click to resolve the issue it shows no problems to fix. Can't even use Paypal for purchases for over a week now.
