I sold some souvenirs on eBay, but I don’t know why paypal restricted my account. Tell me, let me wait for 180 days to withdraw the project funds, now it is almost 180 days, but tell me that I violated the regulations and directly deducted all my $2,681.24 into $0, ask for help, how can I guarantee my own rights? ,

PayPal company direct information:$2,681.24 USD;PayPal Posting Date:Dec 29, 2020;Payment to:Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation;.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you may not have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18, unless you contact them and request funds being sent to a parents Paypal account, not guaranteed however.
Consider what your goals are in the long-term so that you don’t back yourself into a corner.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days.... the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

May be too late now but contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
