My paypal account was limited for 180 days. It has been now available for withdrawing. But I did not add any credit card or bank account to it. How can I withdraw it as I am now in Ghana? I was able to add Ghana credit cards

As far as I can see Paypal is not available in Ghana, so what countries paypal account do you have?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
