Hi, a dispute was esculated by a buyer saying they did not receive an item. Unfortunately despite providing tracking information showing the item is en route and out for delivery today, the payment has been refunded to the buyer. I'm disappointed as I told the buyer there was a delay in posting, then the day I provided tracking the dispute was escaped to a claim by them. The buyer now has a full refund from paypal and I no doubt will recieve my item also later today.
I have contacted PayPal asking if Could this money be returned to me and once again provided the tracking information but instead of sorting the issue they just sent me a generic response.
Is the any way I can get my money or item back? Many thanks
