What are my options here? I ordered 3 items from a seller. 2 arrived; the 3rd did not. The tracking shows it was delivered. I'm sure it was delivered.... somewhere. To someone. Just not to me! I entered a dispute and PayPal rejected it because the item was delivered. The seller has not been helpful; PayPal is useless. Anyone else have any ideas? I'm going to post a notice on the seller's site warning others, but....
