PayPal has permanently limited my account. How can I get it back?

Hi everyone,

I have been using PayPal for almost 3 months to receive payments. I am selling goods online.

One day, PayPal has put a limitation on my account and asked me to submit some extra information, which I did. They have accepted these information and then restored my account. One week later they asked me the same information out of the blue. I submitted them again but this time they have decided to freeze my account permanently.

I really don't understand what went wrong. Is there any chance for me to get my account back? What should I do?

Also, how to call PayPal in the UK? I was not able to find any number.
