They say it isn't covered and in fact is authorized.
In addition, my bank account has shut down my entire personal and business account.

To appeal, I need to now ask my local police department for a report that proves it's not me.
1. Has anyone been through this with PayPal before and actually resolved it?
2. What specific documents do I even need to request from the police department? I have no clue.
Thank you all in advance, this is extremely frustrating. Can't even buy groceries, much less pay bills
