Hello there! What to do when #PayPal has blocked our corporate account, asking for additional information about the company, and for a week already has not responded to all our requests?

Allow a few weeks for them to get back to you.


Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
