I received an email from PayPal that your funds are now eligible for withdrawal as my account has been limited permanently. but I still can't withdraw my funds from PayPal to a bank account or by cheque. Whenever I tried to attach the bank account credit card " There is a problem with your account" message pop up. Please guide me on what should I do to withdraw my PayPal funds. Thank you
