I have just recieved my phone bill and I have fees for over £28 from PayPal. It says its PayPal security check? What the hell. I wasnt informed by PayPal I would be billed to do this adding the payment to my phone bill so certainly haven't authorized the payment as I wasn't aware of these charges. Anyone else this has happened to and how did you deal with this?
