PayPal employees will not help me

A couple of months ago (November 2020) a couple of fraudulent transactions occurred on my account. I contacted PayPal the same day and told them not to allow these transactions. Needless to say I have wasted 12 hours of my life on 4-5 separate phone calls only to have my account limited, says I owe $933 for items I never purchased and has now been sent to collections. Never have I been apart of such a joke. I have no idea what else to do and feel helpless. I would recommend no one ever uses PayPal, i have had employees laugh at me, hang up on me, received countless emails telling my account has been limited. Still waiting for the day someone who knows how to do there job actually takes the time to call me or personally email me to help get this resolved. Guessing it will never happen at this point. Feeling hopeless.
