Are the transactions showing up in your PayPal account activity?
If so click one of the dupes and click "Report a problem" and select:
I have a billing issue
Report issues with transaction amount, duplicate charges, refunds or canceled subscriptions.
Then it'll ask for you to select the duplicate transaction to the one you are reporting and they should process a refund then and there.
Otherwise, report the duplicates to your financial institution.
