I bought a pool online, big mistake. After purchasing I realized that they charged me double for another person that lives in Texas. I'm in pa. So I disputed it and the declined bc they could tell I authorized it. How? So I decided to open another dispute on it bc I never received anything and they won't let me dispute again. Wtf!! What's the point of having PayPal if it doesn't work
