I've been trying to rid of my account limitations for MONTHS and I'm incredibly mad because PayPal is holding my funds! It's all because they never accept my proof of address for some god forsaken reason, I've given them a utility bill, a credit card statement, a bank statement and they accept NOTHING and give NO REASON for declining the documents I'm providing. I tried to contact customer service via email and you know what I got? An automated response of course. I demand to speak with a person who helps resolve this issue first hand because I've had enough.
I thought that maybe it's because the documents are in bulgarian so guess what I did - I paid 30 leva (around 15usd) to get them translated officially and they STILL declined them.
