PayPal do not communicate!!!

Hello, about 2 months ago PayPal limited my account because I go over 1800 Euros.

I sent via their form photos of my ID and driving license.

For month were silent from PayPal, and now is my account totally limited and I can not withdraw my money!

I'm sending them message every 2 - 5 days via all their forms and feedback options, no one communicate with me.

When I click on Resolve Problem, site redirect me on page with "Thank you for providing the required information." and all Personal/Business/Account are with green mark like "It is OK".

Please, can someone help me?

Now I see only one option -  report to the police for theft.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

 

However if they were not happy with the documentation that you sent and have permanently limited your account then there is not a lot you can do about it sadly, they will allow you to withdraw any funds normally after 180 days.
