I made a case for a purchase of a Cricut machine $114.98. And when the package arrived with the tracking number it was a dang dollar store sponge. Now the seller who is in China says I have to send the sponge back and they will give me a refund. It’s going to be very expensive to send that back to China. But how to I basically counter offer and say no I am not sending a sponge to China when the return address on the sponge in in North Carolina.
