Hey, I bought an item off depop which has not been delivered and the seller does not have a tracking number for it, however I cannot open a PayPal dispute because I bought it on my old PayPal which I currently cannot access. The seller has been ignoring my messages and I was just wondering if I could still get my money back even though it’s a different PayPal account, as it is the same depop account
