PayPal dispute, item tracking stops suddenly

I bought 2 items several months ago and they were shipped and were supposed to be here already. The tracking number that they sent me stops and doesn’t show that it has been delivered and I never got my items in the mail. The seller is from Singapore. What is the likelihood that i will win this dispute. Thank you

Locate the payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute.

 

Pretty good chance as long as you're filing Item Not Received dispute within 180 days from date of payment. If it's been longer than 180 days and you paid with credit card, contact your card issuer to dispute instead.
