I'm sorry to hear that there was a dispute resolution that was not favorable. If there is information that was not considered during the dispute, please appeal the decision with the new information. If there is no appeal option in the Resolution Center, you can contact customer service to request an appeal.

 

To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
