I bought “Apple airpods” and get fake ones, also not working. I opened a dispute case and demanded a refund but asked to send the items back, when I tried to send the fake item back I discovered that there is no address to send and it look like a big fraud. I found myself helpless without PayPal protection.
In the end PayPal declined my refund and protect the seller !!!!
Why PayPal protect a seller that advertise “apple airpods” and sending fake products ? Why PayPal protect seller that doesn’t show his address. I attach files that showing the issues, the blank address if the seller with no help.
PayPal didn't protect the buyer in this case and didn't review the case at all !!
