PayPal denies dispute of unauthorized charges

Has anyone else had this issue? Recurring charges from an I loan company on my account. PayPal “bot” emails me back and says that the charges seem similar to other charges I make so they are denying my claim. This was on a Saturday within one hour of me making the claim. How can a robot decide what I charge? I’ve been going in circles and super frustrated with the decision to allow unauthorized charges and also not change my account info Closing this account ASAP if not fixed.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
