I cantbelieve paypal call center in phillipines rejected my case because tracking number was entered wrong by your call center USPS confirmed tracking number and I have insurances on it Please correct tracking number before the false case goes public with media and law enforcment

Please contact customer service to get this fixed, requesting this in the user to user forums won't make it happen:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
