PayPal denied claim on defective product. Some buyer protection
I received a inkjet cartridge that did not work when received. It was returned but the vendor did not issue a full refund citing a restocking charge. Unbelievable to be charged a restocking fee on a faulty item. PayPal agreed with the vendor and refused the credit. Not only did I not get a full refund but I had to pay the return postage.
PayPal offers no buyer protection from what l see.
