PayPal credit

I bought and received something with credit which is fine but a have a duplicate transaction that says pending transaction but I didn’t purchase it, it’s the same amount and to the same place as bought item so wondering how to stop this as I never bought item twice?

Thank you for posting here in our community forum.  Base on what i have read on your post is that you were charge twice on your PayPal account. I'm so sorry to hear that, apparently i  do not have visual on your account right now due to limited resources so i may advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible.  All you have to do is go to our PayPal website at the bottom click the contact option besides help, once you click  "contact" it will route you to the page that say “Contact Us” click that and there will be options provided.
