Hi I booked Flybe flights through pay pal credit, I’m I covered under section 75 for a full refund

I too have booked flights with Flybe using PayPal credit - please advise how I should apply for a refund.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

If you have paid for something and will not receive it, I recommend opening a claim through your PayPal account so we can investigate.
 

Here's how to open a dispute:

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
3. Click Resolution Center at the top of the page.
4. Click Report a Problem.
5. Locate the transaction you want to dispute.
6. Click the radio button beside the transaction, and click Continue.
7. Select the reason for your dispute, and click Continue.
8. Follow the instructions on the page.

Thanks Rachel I used the dispute resolution centre and received notification of a full refund within 2 days. The refund should be with me within 31 days Thanks Andy
