I ordered an item Footasylum and paid via PayPal credit. This item has since been returned for which I have proof of but can’t get any response from Footasylum for when I will get my refund which was returned on 3/12/20. I looked at raising a dispute via PayPal but doesn’t give an option for items returned but I’m now needing to make payments to my credit account for something I don’t have any idea what I could do as like I say Footasylum are not responding to WhatsApp messages or emails that I’ve sent and no contact number for me to call
