To whom it may concern,
I am writing because I am at my wits end trying to deal with messages and compliance for Paypal. Apparently my business set up does not fit into Paypals box ticking exercise, and no one can be bothered actually phoning me, as requested several times, to sort this out. I just get the same emails requesting the same documents I have sent many times.
I have been emailing every Paypal address or anyway that I can message until someone who is in authority actually phones me . This drama has been going around in circles for 2 months and no one seems to care…
I have been a customer for 10 years and I am being treated like sh*t…… excuse my language but I am not seeing an end to this very long and frustrating and frankly ridiculous story.
Has anyone else had similar issues?
