PayPal closing my account

This morning I received a very sad email saying my account is being closed. It's unfortunate especially because I had just started to gain from it. I was requested to send documents to verify my identity and I did as I was told without hesitation. I opened the account a year ago and started receiving funds from it last year. It became dormant since the corona period struck. This year when I maneuvered to get up I started to receive funds which gave me hope. This account closure email has left me wondering what exactly is going on since I have provided all necessary documentation to verify my identity. I would request that they check the information once again and ask questions where needed since they cant make decisions probably based on assumptions. Kindly get back ill appreciate it.
