Hi, I have received a notification to submit my identity proof, so, I did it. After I have sent them my ID, they sudenly decided to close my account with no reasonable or apparent reason. Then I tried to go to resolutions and follow the steps to restore my account, and I have no acccess or at least I can't see the steps to follow. I can't find the way to reach them. What a customer service!!!
