UPS[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]said that the tracking number PayPal gave me does not show my name nor my address as the person the package was sent to.
I never received the product I purchased.
The sellers website is not a valid website anymore and any emails I send have never been replied to.
PayPal keeps closing all disputes I try to create.

This is exactly what happened to my purchase, but PayPal keeps noting on the closed disputes "The case was closed as this transaction is ineligible for PayPal Purchase Protection."
IS PAYPAL LYING? What is ineligible about my transaction??
*I called PayPal but they had me on hold over an hour yesterday (had to hang up) and today the customer service number states they cannot help and hangs up on me.
SOOOOO fustrating!
