I was giving the seller more time for a parcel that never arrived because it was coming from abroad but then discovered PayPal closed the dispute! What can I do?

You have up to 20 days from when you open a dispute before it times out if you don't escalate it to a claim.
So you should have escalated it and then if you were refunded and the item turned up its easy enough to just pay again isn't it.
Sadly not its closed you can't re-open a closed dispute or open a second for the same transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
