PayPal charging me for their error and closed the dispute so now I can't file a claim
I disputed a charge for $49.99. Then now PayPal is charging me another $49.99 for apparently a conditional credit that I didn't receive in the first place. Both the App company and Apple say that PayPal will need to be the one to reverse the charges. PayPal just closed the dispute and said that since I purchased via AMEX, I would need to work with them. AMEX claims they've contacted PayPal but PayPal hasn't engaged. I'm so confused and so disappointed in PayPal for all the runaround. And now I can't reach anyone! They take a month to respond. FRUSTRATED!
