PayPal sent a text asking about $$ USD transaction made on Feb. 1, 21, Asking for verification of receipt. I checked my PayPal account, and saw that the charge was posted on Feb. 2, and showed a USPS tracking number saying the package was delivered in my mailbox that same day. The amount is nothing that I show ordered in my purchase history going back a full year. There is no eBay item number listed, so I don't know what this is supposed to be. The seller's name is listed is Chinese characters, so don't know how to find the seller. This may be something that was ordered so long ago I have forgotten about it. I don't want to cause a seller a problem, and certainly want to pay for anything received - but what do I do about THIS? I'm charged $71.60 for a mystery item that SAYS it's delivered, and I don't have it. Help!??
