I have authorized payment for transaction of 80 USD, and on PayPal's summary page I se only one 80 USD payment, but on report from my bank I se two separate charges from PayPal 80 USD each (2 x 80 USD), 160 USD total.
I have contacted my bank and they told me that they have two charges by PayPal and that they can not cancel one.
I have opened case and over Resolution Center, but i have received response that payment was authorized, and they closed case.
Issue is not that payment was authorized or not, but PayPal charged me twice for same transaction.
In resolution center case is in closed status, and I do not have any options to respond to them.
Is there any chance of refunding second charge?
